Thank you for supporting Luminous! We work hard to ensure your order arrives quickly, safely, and accurately. Please review our shipping policy below.

Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
• Pre-orders will follow the estimated timelines provided at purchase. We’ll update you via email if there are any changes.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Currently, we only offer domestic shipping. We’re working on getting international shipping up and running in the near future.

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs.

Shipping Rates

We offer a flat shipping rate of $11 on all orders, regardless of location. Free domestic shipping is available on orders over $100.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking to update.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

• Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at LuminousGamesLLC@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).
  
• We’ll work with the carrier and do our best to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
